Community Care Centre is pleased to present a series of informative and practical health talks by Dr Jacques Jordaan, aimed at helping residents better understand common cardiovascular medical conditions.
Topics will include:
• Common cardiovascular conditions and symptoms
• Diagnosis and treatment
• Monitoring and long-term care
• Question and discussion sessions
The talks will take place on the third Friday of each month:
• 19 June
• 17 July
• 21 August
• 18 September
Proceedings begin at 12h00 with soup and bread, followed by the talk and an opportunity for questions and discussion.
These sessions are designed to provide valuable medical information in an accessible and welcoming environment, encouraging residents to take an active role in their health and wellbeing.
