HOW TO PREPARE A CARE PLAN
In Response to several requests, Elizabeth Scrimgeour and Joy Rourke offer to all who are interested, a review session on how to develop a care plan. This is
open to all who attended our previous two care courses, but also to any other guests who might be interested or have this need.
DATE: June 6, Thursday afternoon at 14h00
VENUE: HCCC (kitchen precinct, not chapel)

There is no charge, although a donation towards costs would be welcome!
