NOTICE OF AGM
Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of Hangklip Community Care Centre
will be held at Lakeside Chapel, c/r Wheeler and White Roads, Betty’s Bay at 11:00 on
Wednesday, 19 June 2024.
Agenda
1) Read the notice convening the meeting
2) Agree on the agenda for the meeting
3) Record attendance at the meeting
4) Apologies
5) Read and adopt the minutes of the previous AGM of 19 June 2023
6) Read and adopt the Chairperson’s report
7) Read and adopt the Treasurer’s report and financial statements
8) Elect office bearers of the Management Committee
9) General
Reduction in Department of Social Development grant
Renewal of lease
10) Closure.
Notes
1) Only paid up members of Hangklip Community Care Centre will be eligible to vote at
the AGM.
2) A quorum at the AGM will be 10% of paid up members. Should a quorum not be present
within 15 minutes of the time set down for the meeting, it will be postponed for a week
and then those paid up members present will constitute a quorum.
3) Should any member wish to place any matter on the agenda at the AGM they are to email
the Secretary (ggreen@sonicmail.co.za) at least a week prior to the date set down
for the AGM.
